The following Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between You (“Client” or “You”) and Intuitive Warrior (“Company”, “we”, or “us”).
Intuitive Warrior provides educational courses, workshops, and programs (“Programs”), including, but not limited to, The Liberated HSP. By enrolling in any Intuitive Warrior offering, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions as outlined below.
Intuitive Warrior’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these policies and this Agreement, the terms here shall govern.
Nothing in this Agreement shall create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. Intuitive Warrior provides access to educational and informational resources; any interactions or advice from Intuitive Warrior staff are not intended as, and shall not be construed as, professional advice.
In consideration of your enrollment, you agree to pay applicable fees. For each Program, you may choose between a single payment or a payment plan (if available). By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments as scheduled.
Refunds are not available for any Intuitive Warrior programs, courses, or services.
The Liberated HSP Program: If you are not fully satisfied, we offer an option to cancel your payment (or plan, if applicable) and apply completed payments as credit toward a future Intuitive Warrior program or event.
- To be eligible for credit, notify us via email by January 27, 2025.
- After this date, payment plans cannot be canceled, and credits will not be issued.
- By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Upon enrollment, you will receive access to various Program resources, which may include lessons, worksheets, and other materials within an online Program Area. You may retain access for as long as the Program Area exists. If Intuitive Warrior plans to close the Program Area, you will receive 30 days’ notice to download materials.
All content within Intuitive Warrior Programs, including text, graphics, images, and software, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Participation grants a single-use, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only. No content may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Intuitive Warrior respects your privacy. Information shared within any Program, including personal reflections and group discussions, is expected to remain confidential. Participants are prohibited from disclosing information shared by others without explicit permission.
Your results depend on individual effort and circumstances. Intuitive Warrior provides educational resources but makes no guarantees regarding outcomes. Intuitive Warrior disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
Intuitive Warrior shall not be liable for damages arising from your participation in any Program, including direct, indirect, or incidental damages.
All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration or in the state or federal courts nearest to Intuitive Warrior’s location.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intuitive Warrior, its officers, employees, and agents from any losses arising from your use of the Program or any breach of this Agreement.
Intuitive Warrior reserves the right to terminate access if you violate Program guidelines or this Agreement, without entitlement to a refund or release from payment obligations.
This Agreement, along with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Intuitive Warrior with respect to any Program.
If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
These Terms and Conditions are effective upon enrollment in any Intuitive Warrior Program.
